Job Title: Chat Operator - Ajman, UAE (No English Required/Without Experience)

We are looking for a Chat Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. This position is ideal for Pakistani and Malayalee candidates who are looking to work abroad without the requirement of any prior experience or knowledge of English.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer support through online chat services. They will answer customer inquiries, provide advice on products and services, and guide customers through their purchasing process. The Chat Operator must possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to quickly resolve customer issues.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, the successful candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This role requires reliability and flexibility as the hours may vary depending on operational needs.
