Call Center Operator (English Speaking) - Ajman, UAE

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Call Center Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in a call center environment and possess excellent English speaking skills.

The successful individual will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers, answering inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing general customer service. They should also be able to direct calls to the appropriate departments, transfer calls as needed, and take accurate messages.

The ideal candidate should be of Indian or African nationality and have access to a valid visa with sponsorship. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable but not essential. Candidates must also demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
