Staff Assistant (Contract) – Medina, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Staff Assistant to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in staff assistance and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The primary duties of the Staff Assistant include providing administrative support to the staff, liaising with other departments, responding to queries and requests, maintaining records, preparing documents and reports, coordinating meetings and organizing travel arrangements. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills in order to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to African or Egyptian nationals as well as applicants who can work without English proficiency. Candidates should also be comfortable working on a contract basis without accommodation provided. Students are welcome to apply.
