Job Title: Call Center Representative (No English Required, Pakistani/Malayalee Preferred) - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate should have experience in customer service and call center operations. Preference will be given to Pakistani and Malayalee applicants who do not require a visa or accommodation. English language proficiency is not required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing general information about services and products. Additional duties include providing technical support, scheduling appointments, conducting outbound calls when needed, and any other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. They must also possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and act swiftly in a variety of situations. A successful candidate should be friendly, organized, able to multitask effectively, and possess good time management skills.
