Housekeeping Manager - Umm-Said, Qatar (African Nationals Preferred)

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of housekeeping operations and should be able to manage a team of housekeeping staff.

The responsibilities of the Housekeeping Manager include but are not limited to:
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that all staff is following proper hygiene, safety, and security protocols.
• Inspecting rooms and public areas regularly to ensure that they are clean and tidy.
• Scheduling staff shifts in order to meet the demands of the hotel.
• Supervising and training housekeeping staff on cleaning methods and standards.
• Responding to customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Ordering supplies as necessary for the housekeeping department.
• Maintaining accurate records of cleaning activities.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills as well as strong customer service skills. Previous experience managing a team is essential for this role, along with fluency in English (or other languages). We prefer African nationals for this position but all qualified applicants are welcomed to apply.
