Administrative Assistant, Umm-Said, Qatar
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a good knowledge of computers. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to all departments of the organization and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations.

The duties of an Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
• Receiving and directing visitors
• Answering telephone calls
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Handling general correspondence
• Maintaining filing systems
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Gathering data from various sources
• Developing standard operating procedures
• Processing invoices and documents
• Assisting with budget preparation and tracking expenses.

We prefer candidates who are native English speakers or have a good command of the language. Candidates with prior experience in administrative tasks are highly preferred. We also welcome applicants from India who are seeking English speaking jobs in Qatar.
