Handyman - Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE
We are looking for a reliable, experienced Handyman to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Handyman and must possess an own visa. Candidates with no English language skills are welcome to apply.

This is a full-time job that requires the ability to complete all types of repair and maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Perform basic repairs such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Inspect buildings and equipment for safety hazards and malfunctions
• Troubleshoot issues using tools such as meters and diagnostic equipment
• Respond quickly to emergency situations
• Assist in the relocation of furniture and other items within the facility
• Maintain accurate records of repairs made and materials used
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role in UAE
• Own visa is preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Ability to handle manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication skills
