Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should be African, without experience in the field and have no English language requirements. We are also looking for a female candidate to fill this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing documents and handling correspondence. They will need to ensure accuracy and attention to detail when entering information into the computer system or other database systems. Furthermore, they will be responsible for managing the office supplies and equipment as well as ordering new items when needed.
Other duties may include answering phones and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing reports, responding to customer inquiries or providing general assistance to other staff members when required. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
