We are looking for a Support Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service and technical support who is looking to progress their career further.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and customer support to our customers. This will involve assisting them with technical queries, trouble-shooting issues, and managing customer complaints. The Support Manager will also be responsible for training new staff on the company’s products and processes, as well as developing strategies to improve customer service.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with people from different backgrounds and cultures. We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants of Pakistani or Egyptian nationality, but applications from any nationality are welcome. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
