Call Center Operator (Malayalee/Student Preferred)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Call Center Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and managing customer accounts. You should have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be able to multitask, and have a good understanding of customer service processes.
