Oenologist - Contract Position with Accommodation - Urgent - No English Required - Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Oenologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a contract position, with accommodation provided and is available immediately.

The ideal candidate will have:
• A degree in Oenology or related field
• Extensive experience in grape growing, winemaking and wine tasting
• Expertise in the sensory evaluation of wines
• Knowledge of wine production processes and regulations
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Preference for Pakistani nationality but not required.

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
• Developing new wines according to customer requirements
• Managing the fermentation process and monitoring throughout its duration
• Overseeing the blending process and ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Conducting sensory analysis on finished products, including tasting
• Assisting with wine bottling processes
