We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including providing staff training and guidance, ensuring standards are met and maintained, and overseeing the cleanliness of all areas.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in hospitality or a related field and previous experience in housekeeping management. They should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as strong leadership abilities. A good understanding of customer service practices is also essential for this role. Preference may be given to candidates with fluency in English as well as Indian nationality.

Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures
• Managing the housekeeping budget
• Ensuring that all areas are cleaned to a high standard
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure standards are maintained
• Training staff on cleaning techniques and customer service protocols
• Responding promptly to customer complaints or requests
• Organizing guest room allocations and rotas for staff.
