Job Title: Staff Assistant - Dukhan, Qatar (Visa Sponsorship Available)

We are looking for a Staff Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This is a full-time position that does not require experience and provides visa sponsorship for all nationalities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the department manager and other staff members. This role involves performing clerical duties such as answering phones, filing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies. Other duties can include providing customer service, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming mail.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task efficiently. They should also possess strong communication skills and be comfortable working with a diverse range of people. Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office is also beneficial. It is preferred that applicants are Pakistani but this is not a strict requirement.
