Attorney vacancy in Al-Rayyan Qatar

Attorney - Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Pakistani Nationals Preferred)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Attorney to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and representation in courts, tribunals, and other legal forums.

The key responsibilities for this role include:
• Analyzing legal documents, researching applicable laws, and preparing written opinions;
• Drafting contracts and other documents related to commercial transactions;
• Advising clients on corporate governance matters;
• Representing clients in court proceedings;
• Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel or parties to disputes;
• Assessing the merits of cases and advising clients on the best course of action.

To be considered for this role you must have a Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution. You must also have at least 5 years’ experience as an Attorney in a similar role. Fluency in English is essential for this role and preference will be given to Pakistani nationals. This is a contract job without accommodation provided so applicants should be able to arrange their own accommodation.
