Our Apartments Division is looking for aspiring Service Technicians to train and develop. If you have experience with general maintenance or handyman work we will train you!

Training Program Summary
You will be provided with a variety of tools and resources to become a Service Technician. You can expect to complete online learning job shadow other maintenance professionals and get side by side hands on training.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Valid driver’s license valid vehicle insurance
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English both verbally and in writing. Multilingual ability a plus.
On call required for after hours emergencies Schedule may require work on weekends holidays and evenings.
Regular consistent and timely attendance required.
Ability to move in and out of a variety of positions which include the following: sitting standing walking squatting stair and ladder climbing kneeling belly crawling overhead reaching lifting carrying.
Ability to push and pull up to 118 lbs of force.
Ability to lift below waist up to 77 lbs and above waist 45 lbs.
Must complete and pass pulmonary exam and respirator fit test.






Compensation:
Base Pay Start Rate: $21.50 - $24.50
