Boeing is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Labor Relations Advisor to be based in Europe.
This role offers a great mix of strategy and 'hands on' work for a passionate person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who takes pride in their relationship building and facilitation skills.
This position can be based out of selected locations in France Germany Netherlands Poland Spain Sweden or United Kingdom.
Position Responsibilities:
In this role your main accountabilities will include:
Providing sound pragmatic advice and guidance to the business on employee relations matters including the interpretation and application of industrial instrumentsTake carriage of and provide advice and guidance to the business on the management of disputes and workplace issuesCo-ordinate and assist in the planning preparation and management of any collective contracts negotiationsSupport management in their dealings with employee representative bodiesLead and support business transformation/change projectsLiaison with internal legal counsel for the drafting of Employment/Industrial documentationDrive coordinate and administer the organisationâs consultative forumsDevelop and facilitate training for first line Managers in conjunction with the broader human resources team
Preferred Qualifications:
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following skills & experience:
Tertiary qualifications in law human resource management or a related field preferred.Proven experience in supporting and advising on organisational transformation and change programsMinimum of 8 yearsâ experience in a similar Employee Relations role in a large complex organisationStrong working knowledge of relevant employment/industrial laws and experience with containment / positive employee relationsProven experience in understanding and interpreting Industrial Instruments and Collective Bargain Agreements (CBAs)Substantial experience in dealing with unions and employee representativesAbility to think strategically in the context of the whole enterpriseStrong stakeholder management skills
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring teamâs discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Work Authorisation:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in the Australia Germany Italy or United Kingdom. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in the respective country. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
