The Boeing Anti-Tamper Engineering Capability Center (ATECC) located in Oklahoma City Oklahoma is growing and currently seeking a Level-3 Product Security Analyst. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) business organization.

Our ATECC team is developing industry-leading software hardware and systems solutions. This position includes the opportunity get involved in driving completion of new architectures and key security and control features using Boeing-designed hardware and other COTS and GOTS hardware/software.Ā 
The OKC ATECC team is responsible for the product security solutions across the Mobility Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) Portfolio in Oklahoma City Oklahoma.Ā 

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.Ā  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Position Responsibilities:Ā 
Successful candidates for this role will support the design development and maintenance of hardware and software-based product security solutions for the protection of critical military information and technology and includes the following responsibilities:
Develop maintain and present performance measurement baselines including program status and by utilizing the Earned Value Management (EVM) system
Supports project management by providing coordinating development of work statement budget metrics including development of Basis of Estimates (BOEs) schedule and other required inputs and conducting appropriate reviews
Review and analyze EVM variances and provide written explanations when program-determined thresholds are exceeded
Assists in identification of risks/issues/opportunities develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
Monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements
Collaborate across multiple disciplines to achieve critical project milestones
Highly motivated and exhibit strong written and verbal communication inter-personal and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work independently and effectively with external customers and subcontractors in a multi-site and multi-discipline program and environment

This position is located in Oklahoma City Oklahoma and aligns to the site standard 9/80 work schedule. The 9/80 schedule allows employees to work a nine-hour shift Monday through Thursday and take every other Friday off.
This position requires that you work on-site out of Oklahoma City OK and a willingness to travel up to 10% of the time as required.

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.Ā  A final U.S. Secret clearance Post-Start is required.
Must be eligible and willing to obtain additional security clearances.Ā 

Basic Qualifications (Required Education Skills and Experience):Ā 
Bachelor's degree
3 years of experience with technical projects. Must be familiar with project management techniques and need to understand how technical projects are broken down
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

Preferred Qualifications
Current Top-Secret Clearance is preferred
Experience in applying Agile and Lean Product Development principles is desired
Risk Issue Opportunity (RIO) process experience
Demonstrated cross-team collaboration

Typical Education/Experience:Ā 
Education/experience typically acquired through education from an accredited course of study and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD Master+3 years' related work experience).

Salary Range: $94350 - $127650
