Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is seeking motivated and talented Entry/Associate Level Engineers to support the Missile and Weapons Systems Engineering Organization in Huntsville Alabama. The Missiles and Weapons Systems (MWS) organization is dynamic and growing engineering team focused on attracting and developing top talent in support of critical missions for National Defense and Strategic Deterrence. We are hiring Entry and Associate Level engineers for a variety of positions in support of the GMD Systems Integration Test and Readiness (SITR) program. We are seeking engineers that are motivated by being part of a mission critical program learning engineering discipline and rigor and participating in the MDA Technical Integration effort.
Typical job responsibilities may include:
Support the MDA with integrating the components of the GMD Element using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools processes and architecturesSupport the development of Integration Points to demonstrate Integration Readiness of the GMD Element to external stakeholdersSupport early integration and test planning and schedule alignment between GMD ComponentsAssess integration readiness of the GMD Components to support MDA Increment fieldingSupport configuration data and work flow management of program specific MBSE tools and processesĀ and interface specificationsSupport interdisciplinary collaborative approaches to plan design develop and verify system solutions.Support definition and coordination of system performance requirements and technical parameters.Support test and validation to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirementsThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. (An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.)Bachelor Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering computer science mathematics physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred although not required accreditation standard.This position requires clearing a background check and an enhanced Personal Conflict of Interest (PCI) requirements as a condition for employment.Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or previous full-time experience in an engineering role.Experience with Cameo.GMD Program Experience.System of Systems Integration Experience.Knowledge of Agile Development and Integration process.Boeing Intelligence & Analytics Benefits:
