Boeing are currently seeking to recruit for a part-time HR Generalist â to be based in our Brisbane office. This role will provide generalist HR Advice support and services to management and employees across the business to assist in achieving business objectives in accordance to Boeingâs vision and strategy. Â
Key accountabilities
Provide HR advice to managers and employees on employee life cycle matters including problem solving and recommending strategiesImplementing solutions to HR management issues across areas such as total rewards diversity and inclusion orientation training and development policies and procedures employee communication performance management investigations and coachingLead and participate in range of HR Projects and task requiring HR involvement and expertisePrepare reports submissions policies on a range of HR related issuesEnsure 100 % data integrity of HR Information systemsAssist Senior HR Consultants through the delivery of effective and timely allocation and deployment of resources and contribute to HR business planning activities.Provide expert insight and support in facilitating WGEA submissionsConsult with the business draft submissions and policies negotiate and build effective working relationships with diverse range of clients.
About you
Tertiary qualifications in HR/Business (e.g. degree in HR Management) preferred but not essential or equivalent experienceDemonstrated ability to research analyse and provide advice to management and staff on a comprehensive range of complex HR issuesAn applied understanding of contemporary HR-related legislation and policies and as they relate to the appropriate industrial relations environmentWell-developed and effective written communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to plan and manage HR-related projects including managing and participating in project teams as well as proactively identifying initiatives that can assist HR in continuously improvingDemonstrated time management ability to coordinate tasks and projects and manage own performance with limited supervisionAttention to detail in managing sometimes complex tasks that require coordination and planningPrevious Workday use and experience is an advantage.
