Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Procurement Analyst (Associate Experienced or Senior) to join our Supplier Performance team in Dallas TX.The ideal candidate should thrive in a highly dynamic fast-paced environment and have strong experience in collaboration problem solving and leading activities independently. Strong organizational and communication skills are critical in this role as the successful candidate will need to coordinate with a wide variety of cross-functional stakeholders to meet business priorities. The position will require a strong understanding of or willingness to learn supply chain/supplier management processes and their impact on the aftermarket spares systems.

Position Responsibilities:
Defines designs plans and deploys internal/external projects. Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators. Extracts analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan. Develops documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals. Supports the development and implementation of strategies. Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows. Distributes updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis. Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders. Develops risk mitigation plan.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options (Dallas TX).

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams 1+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership1+ years of experience in Supply Chain or a Manufacturing environment1+ years of experience with data analytics and/or project management processes1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook PowerPoint Access Excel and Word 
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams 5+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership3+ years of experience in the deployment and administration of policies procedures and processes3+ years of experience in supply chain management analysis or materials management
Typical Education/Experience:Associate:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.
Experienced:
Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.
Senior:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor Master etc.) preferred but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range (Associate): $68000 - $92000
Summary Pay Range (Experienced): $81600 - $110400
Summary Pay Range (Senior): $100300 - $135700
