The Boeing Company is looking for an Industrial Security Specialist (Associate or Experienced) to join our team in Berkeley MO. This position is posted to backfill a recently vacated position in the Enterprise Program Security Office (EPSO).
Position Responsibilities:
Assists with Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements.Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective action.Assists with Government Security Investigations (GSIs) (e.g. collects and analyzes data writes reports and interviews) on personnel processes and situations to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements.Assists with Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities (to include inventory distribution and destruction).Assists in the protection of government intellectual third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures.Develops implements and administers an Operational Security program security education procedures and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on less complex programs.Performs Personnel Security processes to assist in obtaining individual security clearances/accesses.Assists in developing and conducting security awareness training and education program to educate refresh and motivate personnel to protect people property and information.Assists in Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities (e.g. complete fixed/closed facility checklists/survey areas review and approve facility drawings for new or remodeled classified areas) to ensure compliance with company and government regulations/requirements. Assists in sub-contractor management to ensure compliance with government regulations/requirements.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ year of experience personnel security administration physical security communications security and/or other programmatic security-related fields
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ year of experience in Industrial SecurityExperience supporting NISP SAP and/or SCI programs
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate (Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience 7 years' related work experience etc.).
Experienced (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience 10 years' related work experience etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range:
Associate (Level 2): $65450 – 88550
Experienced (Level 3): $78200 – 105800
