About the team
TikTok's Global Gaming Team aims to help gaming businesses and brands unleash their creative side connect with our audience and drive revenue and growth. We provide strategic input and run high-impact campaigns to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips.
Client Partner - Gaming will focus on sales growth and acquisition of ROI-driven advertisers from performance-marketing focused gaming vertical. As a member of this team you are expected to drive consultative engagements with game clients by delivering and selling our advertising products and solutions. Ideal candidates will have an extensive experience in advertising/media sales from either platform or internet industry or have proven business development or marketing experience from gaming verticals and industries to deliver revenue objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Identify new opportunities and grow performance-driven advertisement business by setting priorities planning and executing sales strategies and partnering with clients to exceed monthly sales quotas
2. Build strong partnership with ROAS-driven key clients
3. Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions that tie to client business objectives
4. Create compelling sales propositions utilizing consumer trends market knowledge and data-driven insights
5. Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
6. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction sales and services and contribute to the development of thought leadership.
1. Demonstrated an understanding of the gaming industry with a strong existing industry network and experience working with gaming clients
2. Proven knowledge and understanding of performance and digital marketing
3. 5-8 years of experience in either a sales role at a technology-driven company or performance marketing expert with business development experiences
4. Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision makers with excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Data driven decision maker with strong analytical thinking
6. Willingness to learn quickly and keep up to date with industry and marketing-focused trends
7. Proficient in Korean and English with writing communication and interpersonal skills
