In this role you will be responsible for the end to end planning & execution of our livestream initiatives supporting our ongoing e-commerce campaign plan and create reproducible content marketing strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all campaigns run smoothly.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Tiktok e-commerce promotion activities such as Mega campaigns and other campaigns to drive platform growth and to establish e-commerce consumption mentality of platform users
- Familiar with the merchandise strategy for campaigns be able to plan key metrics for recruitment coverage
- Plan and create reproducible content marketing strategy including hashtag challenges short video livestream operating procedures to drive campaign awareness according to the characteristics of local users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall quality of campaign execution
- Responsible for full-cycle campaign project management planning hands-on execution real-time monitoring and reporting
- Conduct post-mortem campaign analysis to identify innovative improvements in campaign performance and processes
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce specializing in livestreams
- English and Malay language proficiency required
- Excellent writing skills planning copywriting live content planning or editing work experience or large company marketing planning experience
- Keen user product awareness familiar with domestic and foreign strong interactive products such as TikTok and instagram like to understand and accept new things have a wide range of interests and are sensitive to hot topics and news hotspots
- Strong executive ability communication ability and pressure resistance can quickly get the results
- Excellent communication and resource integration skills
