Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
Team Introduction
As Content Moderation Team Leader you will lead a team of Content Moderators. Our Content Moderators support our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence animal cruelty hate speech violent extremism or content that exploits or endangers children. Our Content Moderators review videos on these topics in continuous succession during each shift.
What will I be doing?
1. Through scientific analysis identify the ecological trend in TikTok community and provide constructive feedback to ensure community content safety
2. Serve as a primary contact between various departments and other external partners to improve community guideline user experiences as well as operational excellence
3. Able to provide timely response in the face of urgent social issues or emergencies in the country
4. Independently deliver training to new joiners and work on the continuous performance improvement of team members
5. Able to carry out staffing manpower needs analysis and performance evaluation in collaborate with office manager.
1. Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited higher educational institution
2. At least 2 years of working experience as a Content Moderator Quality Assurance Specialist or experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environments preferably with a proven record in training delivery and cross-departmental project
3. Data-driven and detail-oriented with an analytic mind and outstanding communication skills
4. Extensive knowledge about internet governance and social media in Vietnam
5. Excellent English language skills overseas working/training is a plus.
