Representative, Payment Services
Your Opportunity as the Specialist Payment Services
Gain experience and knowledge from top talent in our Payment Services team by supporting invoice processing and payments for the entire Smucker organization.

Location: Orrville OH

Work Arrangements: 25% in office expectation

In this role you will:
Perform daily invoice processing into third party operating systems by accurately capturing invoice details within a timely manner
Route invoices to correct point of contact and obtain approvals for invoice payment processing
Effectively and professionally interact with internal and external customers to exchange information necessary to proactively resolve issues related to invoices
Respond quickly and efficiently to customer requests and information to ensure timely payment of invoices resulting in retention of vendor discounts and avoidance of late fees
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice payment status

What we are looking for:

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma
Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Excel and Oracle ERP solution
Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service
Proven ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy under deadlines
Ability to prioritize and manage workload and changing deadlines
Desire to develop overall understanding of purchase to pay process as well as the details of the process at a transactional level
