About the Role

Corporate Sales Development Representatives are responsible for generating customer base qualified leads and opportunities across France. As well as proactively build relationships with prospective customers and with internal stakeholders. This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales Marketing Operations and other departments when required to kick-start your career.

You can become a qualified sales development professional or in the space of a couple of years start considering a move into other departments including but not limited to: Sales Pre-Sales Marketing Operations Professional Services and more…

You will be supported and surrounded by the best and brightest people in the industry to help you kickstart your sales career. You will have intensive training.

About You

This is the ideal start in your sales career if you are motivated by a challenge have good listening skills can think on your feed and have a competitive drive

Basic Qualifications
Fluent in French & English
Highly motivated tenacious self-starter
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Experience in inbound and outbound lead generation using a consultative approach
Experience working in a target-based environment

Other qualifications
Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Highly motivated tenacious self-starter
Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
Strong interest in launching a career in sales including: prospecting inside sales business development high technology exposure marketing and direct sales.
Keen communication skills
Passion for sales
Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
Resilient confident and tenacious with an engaging personality
Ability to speak to a varied range of people and decision makers at different levels of the business
