About the Role

Workday is looking for an International Tax Manager to join our growing Tax Team in Dublin Ireland. The individual will play a key role in supporting all aspects of our non-US corporate income tax matters. This individual will also have opportunities to assist other aspects of the corporate tax function. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and collaborative individual with relevant corporate tax experience and an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Manage the non-US annual tax filings tax provision and tax disclosures in statutory financial statements including coordination with internal and external teamsSupport non-US tax aspects of the US quarterly and year-end tax provision processes and SOX complianceAssist with other quarter month and year-end end close procedures including the preparation of tax journal entries tax account reconciliations and proofsAssist in management and review of international withholding tax compliance and reportingManage the preparation of R&D credit studies by external service providersSupport in data gathering and preparation of responses to foreign tax audits and notices as requiredResearch and document technical tax and tax accounting issuesWork with various departments to streamline data flow and processes and participate in tax automationSupport with special tax projects as they arise

About You

Required qualifications:
Bachelorā€™s degree in accounting
5 to 7 years of international tax experience with public accounting firm and/or corporate tax departmentOther qualifications
Software/SaaS experience is a plus Masterā€™s degree in taxation is a plus.Detail-oriented with good analytical and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of Irish corporate tax rules and familiarity with foreign corporate tax mattersStrong project management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentEager to learn and growMust embrace technology computer skills must be second nature
