About the Team
As a Account Executive Medium Enterprise for existing clients you will be a fundamental part of a dynamic field sales organization responsible for the market success of Workday to increase our product footprint with existing clients in the ME segmeent.

About the Role
You will also use your consultative selling skills to manage and grow relationships with our valued existing customers ensuring that they receive an excellent engagement experience during the up-sell and renewal process.
Responsibilities:
You will be passionate enthusiastic and a successful account management specialist who wants to be part in the growth of one of the most disruptive cloud companies on the planet!
You will use your extensive experience and consultative selling skills to build long-standing relationships with existing customers to maximise the long term revenue opportunities.
You will take responsibility for securing renewals in our existing customers in a timely and effective way.
You will drive complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales value management bid management inside sales marketing and sales support.
You will implement value-selling processes alongside a wealth of knowledge of Workday’s products and portfolio
About You
Basic Qualification:
Prior experience in complex business application sales growing existing clients
Proven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment
Familiarity with consultative selling methods to C-level personas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
Other Qualifications:
SaaS sales background preferably in Financials / HCM / Planning
The ability to establish credibility and become a trusted advisor

Our Approach to Flexible Work
