  Job description:

  We are looking for a warehouse worker (picker). Your main responsibility is to collect goods according to the delivery note. You will use a hand-held scanner, the screen of which displays the name of the goods that you need to scan, put in the basket and transfer further along the warehouse. The work is normal, and we provide training opportunities. The first 7 days are paid by the hour, after which the norms come into effect. Hours may be deducted for failure to meet the norm (up to minus two hours per day), but you can avoid this by fulfilling 90% of the norm. The work is not physically demanding, but requires a lot of walking. There are warm and cool sectors in the warehouse (temperature is around 9-10 degrees).

  Payment:

•  165 CZK per hour for the first 150 hours worked.

•  170 CZK per hour after 150 hours worked.

•  180 CZK per hour after 2000 hours worked.

  The social package is paid for by the company. Salary is paid between the 15th and 20th of the month for the previous month. It is also possible to receive weekly advances.

  The warehouse charges 3% of the salary for brokenage and 5500 koruna per month for housing.

  Example.

  1. A person worked 250 hours in the second month. 250 * 170 = 42,500 kronor.

2. From this, 3% is deducted - 1,275 kroner and 5,500 for accommodation.

3. The person will receive 35,725 kronor for the second month.

Accommodation:

Accommodation is provided for an additional fee in rooms for 2-3 people for 5500 CZK per month. Couples have a separate room. Payment is deducted from the salary.

Other:

Special hard-toe work shoes are required in the warehouse. You can buy them yourself, or the company will provide them for 800 CZK, and these funds will be deducted from your salary. The uniform is free, and a reflective vest is provided free of charge.
