Maintenance Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning properly.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any potential issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Order necessary supplies and materials for maintenance work
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Troubleshoot and resolve any problems with equipment or facilities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary

Preferred:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
