We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one tutoring sessions to students of all ages and levels. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on the individual needs of each student
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students
- Utilize different teaching methods and materials to engage students and enhance their learning experience
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and their parents/guardians
- Prepare students for exams and assessments
- Maintain a positive learning environment and ensure the safety of all students
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share ideas and resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
- Proven experience as an English tutor or teacher
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and syntax
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student
- Patient, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed

Preferred:
- Teaching certification
- Experience working with international or non-native English speaking students
