Job Title: Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Sharjah, UAE. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and ensuring all warehouse processes are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all warehouse staff and oversee their daily tasks
- Create and implement efficient warehouse processes to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing team for restocking orders
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues
- Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all employees

Requirements:
- Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to effectively manage a team of employees
- Experience with inventory management systems preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
