Seamstress - Sharjah, UAE

We are currently seeking experienced and skilled seamstresses to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a seamstress, you will be responsible for creating and altering clothing items to meet the specific requirements of our clients. This position is open to African and Malayalee candidates and does not require English proficiency. Accommodation will also be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret sewing patterns to create or alter various clothing items
- Take accurate measurements of clients' bodies to ensure proper fit
- Use sewing machines, sergers, and other tools to sew garments together
- Make adjustments and alterations as needed to ensure high-quality finished products
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a seamstress in a professional setting
- Proficient in sewing techniques, including pattern reading, cutting fabric, and using sewing machines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from different backgrounds
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

Preferred:
- African or Malayalee nationality preferred but not required
- Experience working with traditional African or Indian clothing styles
- Knowledge of basic English is a plus but not required
