Logistics Coordinator


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation and distribution of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient processes. This position is open to both Pakistani and Egyptian nationals who possess excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the shipping, receiving, and storage of goods
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to arrange transportation of goods
- Track shipments and maintain accurate records in our logistics system
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Identify areas for improvement in logistics processes and implement solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the UAE
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Own visa or ability to obtain own visa is required
- Must be able to work without accommodation
