We are seeking a highly skilled Property Valuation Specialist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately determining the value of properties using various methods and techniques. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate markets, property types, and valuation principles.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties and gather relevant information
- Analyze market trends and property data to determine accurate valuations
- Utilize various valuation methods such as cost approach, income approach, and sales comparison approach
- Prepare detailed reports outlining property values and analysis
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to property valuation

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in property valuation
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets and trends
- Proficiency in various valuation methods and techniques
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to relocate to Jabal-Ali, UAE
