We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of various facilities and equipment. This is a contract position, with the preference for Indian candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any needs for replacement parts or supplies.
- Adhere to safety regulations and protocols at all times.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Maintenance Specialist or in a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills in English, with knowledge of other languages considered an asset.
- Must be able to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided.
