Floral Designer

A reputable floral shop in Jabal-Ali, UAE is seeking a skilled and creative Floral Designer to join our team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful floral displays for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events. Your main duty will be to use your knowledge of different flowers and plants to design unique and visually appealing arrangements that meet our customers' needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create and present design proposals for approval
- Source and purchase high-quality flowers from local suppliers
- Use your knowledge of color theory, texture, and composition to create aesthetically pleasing arrangements
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers according to design specifications
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of fresh flowers to maintain their freshness and quality
- Prepare arrangements for delivery or pickup by customers
- Keep inventory of supplies and ensure they are well-stocked at all times
- Collaborate with the team to come up with new ideas for seasonal displays or promotions

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a good eye for design aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills to understand clients' needs and preferences
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Indian nationality preferred
