Farmer (Malayalee)


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Farmer who is fluent in Malayalam to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As a Farmer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our farm operations to ensure the production of high-quality crops and livestock.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and oversee daily farm activities such as planting, harvesting, fertilizing, and irrigation
- Monitor crop health and identify any potential issues or diseases
- Operate and maintain farm equipment including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain farm buildings, fences, and other structures
- Manage livestock including feeding, breeding, and health care
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment
- Keep accurate records of all farm activities including inventory, expenses, and sales

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (English proficiency is not required)
- Proven experience as a Farmer or similar role in crop/livestock farming
- In-depth knowledge of farming techniques, equipment operation, and livestock management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent (farming related education is preferred)
