Job Title: International Lawyer (Malayalee)
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced International Lawyer, with a preference for candidates of Malayalee background, to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As an International Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients on a range of international legal issues. This may include advising on cross-border transactions, international trade agreements, intellectual property rights, and other matters related to global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research on international laws and regulations
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Providing legal advice to clients on international business operations
- Representing clients in international arbitration or litigation proceedings
- Negotiating terms and conditions of international transactions
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in different countries
- Collaborating with other lawyers or external counsel in different jurisdictions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an International Lawyer
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of international laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
