Digital Community Manager
We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Community Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong online presence for our brand and engaging with our digital community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engage with the online community
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages from the online community in a timely manner
- Manage online events and promotions to drive engagement and increase followers
- Analyze social media metrics and report on the effectiveness of campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and competitorsā activities
Requirements:
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Digital Community Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with engaging content ideas
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred:
- Pakistani nationality
- Knowledge of Urdu language
- Experience managing digital communities for brands targeting Pakistani audience
