Boatswain for Maritime Operations in El-Fujairah, UAE

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boatswain to join our team for maritime operations in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Boatswain, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the vessel, as well as supervising the deck crew. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and operate all deck equipment on board the vessel
- Ensure safe navigation and maneuvering of the vessel
- Supervise and train deck crew members
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on board
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Boatswain or similar role in maritime operations
- Knowledge of vessel navigation and safety regulations
- Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
