Indian Advocate for English Speaking Law Firm in El-Fujairah, UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Advocate to join our English speaking law firm in El-Fujairah, UAE. As an advocate, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients, both individuals and businesses. This is a full-time position that offers accommodation as part of the employment package.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with a valid biometric passport.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an advocate.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and legal system.
- Ability to handle a diverse range of legal matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working with international clients is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various areas of law such as civil, criminal, corporate, and commercial.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on legal issues relevant to each case.
- Prepare legal documents including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other relevant documents.
- Represent clients in court hearings and mediations.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all cases handled.
