Job Title: Construction Manager (Malayalee Preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in El-Ain, UAE. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Own visa preferred
