Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of customer support services. This includes providing guidance and support to the customer service team, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Preference for Indian or Malayalee nationality.
- Ability to work without accommodation.
- Experience working with students is preferred.
Responsibilities:
