Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Restock merchandise as needed
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Requirements:
- Prior retail sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
