We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Manager in Ajman, UAE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of support staff, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of support staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures.
- Monitor customer service metrics and ensure that targets are met or exceeded.
- Handle complex or escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, address any concerns, and provide updates on company policies or procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred.
- Previous experience in a managerial role is not required but considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software would be an advantage.
