Farmer (Pakistani)
We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Farmer from Pakistan to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Farmer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of farm operations, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate and harvest crops according to season and weather conditions
- Operate and maintain farm equipment such as tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and make decisions regarding fertilization, pest control, and irrigation
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Keep accurate records of all farming activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise farm workers as needed

Requirements:
- Must be of Pakistani nationality (preference)
- No English language proficiency required
- Previous farming experience is not necessary but will be considered an asset
- Must be able to live on-site in provided accommodation
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed
- Valid visa sponsorship will be provided by the employer
