Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, with a focus on efficiency, organization, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement warehouse procedures and policies to ensure smooth operation and compliance with company standards
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of goods in an efficient and timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels
- Train and manage warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity, accuracy, and safety
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Communicate regularly with other departments to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues that may arise
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse software systems (WMS)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards common goals
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
