We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of weddings, from the initial consultation with clients to the day of the event. This position is open to Indian nationals with excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding and create a customized plan to bring it to life.
- Collaborate with vendors such as caterers, florists, and photographers to ensure all details are in place for the wedding.
- Manage budget and negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate all logistics for the wedding day, including transportation, set-up, and clean-up.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on current wedding trends and incorporate them into designs and plans.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel.
