Wedding Planner
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing weddings for our clients, ensuring that every detail is taken care of to create a memorable and perfect day. This is a full-time job with visa sponsorship available for non-native speakers.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirements
- Create detailed event timelines and budgets
- Source vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, etc.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all services are provided according to contract
- Assist with venue selection and decoration
- Manage guest lists and RSVPs
- Plan and oversee wedding rehearsals
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning is preferred but not required
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred
